While we attempt to provide accurate information on the Site, we do not warrant product descriptions or other content on this Site will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Your sole remedy for the purchase of any product on the Site is to return it for a full or partial refund if warranted as set forth in the shipping contract and returns sections governing such purchase.

Furthermore, Trevor Bauer, and/or Bauer Outage, are not responsible for any offensive, defamatory, or obscene postings on these sites.


Trevor Bauer, and/or Bauer Outage, has created this privacy policy for your information and protection. Trevor Bauer, and/or Bauer Outage, is committed to protecting your privacy. We believe that electronic security and customer privacy is necessary and therefore only use the personal information you provide to create a more personalized experience for you. Account information you supply will only be used to process requested transactions or to contact you regarding a particular transaction. Trevor Bauer, and/or Bauer Outage, may use purchasing information to generate aggregate reports to help determine how to improve our customers' experience. This data is anonymous and for internal purposes only. Trevor Bauer, and/or Bauer Outage, does not disclose your personal information to third parties accept as is required by law and when it is required to process your purchase (billing, shipping, etc.). The Site uses "cookies", a technology that installs a small amount of information on a customer’s computer to permit the Site to recognize future visits using that computer. Cookies enhance the customer’s shopping experience. Your order will leave our facility on average about 10-12 business days after ordering. Please allow for up to 12 business days for manufacturing of your product.

When choosing expedited shipping options at checkout, faster shipping does not mean faster manufacturing of the product. All items on are printed or embroidered upon order, so allow for 10-12 business days on top of your shipping option chosen, though we're usually quicker than that.

In short: Expedited shipping will speed up your shipping with the shipping carrier, but not the manufacturing of the product.

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

The consumer is responsible for customs fees.


Trevor Bauer, and/or Bauer Outage, will raise funds for events, charities and individuals. "Proceeds" from the sale of product of services refers to Net Proceeds (Total revenue less cost).

Returns and Exchanges 

Order never arrived:

If your order didn't end up arriving, let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, but we will have to charge you for another.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at noting your order number. We'll get you taken care of.

Returns policy

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to have a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week of receiving it.

Wrong size:

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart provided on the website. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out if that's the case.

If you'd like a different size but received the size that you ordered, there may be charges that will apply as each item is created for you upon your order. Be sure to get in touch with us at with your order number and product name, and we'll let you know what your next steps are.
